New Media Marketing and Office Executive
Job Description
Leading UK equestrian supplier and manufacturer, Equiport, are looking to recruit a New Media Marketing and Office Executive.
Requirements:
- Solid marketing background
- Proven website content management experience
- Liaising with clients, associates and printers
- Ability to create bespoke emarketing literature
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to converse with non-technical and technical clients
- Able to work within a team environment as well as being able to use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of the Equestrian Industry
- Excellent telephone manner
Duties will include
- Website content management and design input Project manage from concept through to printing of the company's promotional material to include planning, researching, designing, creating and sourcing content and liaising with suppliers (printers) Online promotions
- Liaising with website designers
- Organising the company's attendance at various Shows throughout the year including ? stand bookings, parking arrangements, etc.
- General office duties
- Manage telephone enquiries: sales, general enquiries etc
IT Requirements
- Web management programme experience (Dreamweaver, Adobe Contribute)
- Basic knowledge of HTML / using web editors
- Good knowledge of:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Microsoft Office programmes
Website
- Coordinate and assure that all web content is up to date, cohesive and adheres to brand and company guidelines.
- Assist senior members of staff in the implantation of all ongoing improvements and developments of the company's website.
- Proactively asses and make recommendations to improvements and the integration of wider technologies.
- Create promotional content for enewsletters & press releases.
- Developing and assist in managing online marketing campaigns. Customer segmentation and preparation of email marketing campaigns.
- Develop social media sites and new media opportunities
Location
Based in the Company's Head Office in Northwich (Cheshire), however you will may be required to work off site and stay away from home (at the expense of the company) during events.
Hours of Work
Monday-Friday inclusive 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Weekend work may be required - normally during the live events
