Ordering and Payment
Please note that the below items cannot be cancelled once the order is processed:

All goods must be paid for in full before they can be despatched. Payment is accepted by the following methods: Cheque made payable to Equiport Ltd (5 days clearance required), Bank Transfer or most major Credit Cards (We do not accept American Express).
To redeem vouchers or a credit note against any order please email us to advise once you have placed the order. You must send the original copies along with a covering letter to Equiport Limited, Kimor Building, Barons Quay, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5QL. Once these have been received the amount will be deducted from your bill and the order processed.
Please note that all our prices are quoted in Stirling. (We will convert to other currency's on request)
Dispatch
UK Mainland
We aim to deliver any UK Mainland orders for stock items on a next day delivery service. UK Mainland orders for specialist , personalised or made to measure items may take up to 4 weeks. The average cost for a UK Mainland Parcel is 8.00 GBP however additional costs may be requested for larger orders.
UK Offshore and Northern European Countries
(Channel Islands, N.Ireland, S.Ireland, All Northern European Countries)
We aim to deliver any UK Offshore orders for stock items on a two day delivery service although some smaller items to the Channel Islands and Northern Island will be sent on a next day service. UK Offshore orders for specialist, personalised or made to measure items may take up to 4 weeks. The average cost for a UK Offshore Parcel is 25.00 GBP however additional costs may be requested for larger orders.
All Other Overseas Countries
Equiport is able to deliver to all countries; however the postage prices and timescales will vary dependant on location and the size of the order. To place an order for delivery overseas please email details to sales@equiport.co.uk and one of our friendly staff will be ready to assist.
Returns Policy
Items should be returned to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Nathe Bits - The delicate nature of the Nathe material can mean that if chewed by the horse it may result in damage to the nathe mouth or in extreme cases breakage. Under these circumstances and as this is not a fault with the item, Equiport will not accept Nathe mouths back.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our factory.
A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.
Equiport reserves the right to amend the prices stated, subject to material inflation.
