Full Time. Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, rotating Saturdays approx 2 per month, occasionally 3 as the need arises (day off during the week in lieu)
The Showroom Assistant role involves general sales administration duties, such as welcoming and advising customers in our retail showroom, ensuring products are well displayed, handling payments, processing orders, arranging and receiving courier deliveries, dealing with queries and problem-solving – while providing the excellent customer service Equiport is renowned for throughout.
The role is varied, fast-paced and requires someone with the ability to multitask and have a variety of enquiries running alongside each other throughout the day. Full training will be provided, but we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can hit the ground running and be a valuable member of our team from day one.
Good knowledge of the equine industry and products is essential as you will have to draw on your experience in order to give out the best advice possible, although training will be provided on our current products.
