It is made from a Velvet-look microfibre fabric reinforced with nylon on the inside for strength, and is a perfect match for the Kentucky Mustard Velvet Dog Collar.

The 120cm length has a clip to attach it to the collar easily, while the 2 metre version has two clips and three rings to allow adjustability.
