The Samshield XJ riding hat is certified to PAS015, VG1 and ASTM 1163 SEI.

The outer shell is made from pure carbon fibre, a composite material providing an unbeatable strength/weight ratio. The inner shell is made from polystrene with variable density, providing superior dissipation of the energy produced upon an impact.

The internal memory foam comfort liner ensures constant thickness through years of use and the semi-rigid jugular cancels all risks of the helmet tipping due to violent movement. The internal liner is removable and washable for continued freshness.

The Samshield XJ provides exceptional ventilation, thanks to two front air inlets. Fresh air is channeled from the front entrance under the blazon, which expels hot air to the back extractors - helping to make 'hat hair' a thing of the past.

The Samshield XJ Matt Edition Riding Hat is available in Black, with a Large shell and liners in sizes 57-61cm.
