Equiport is looking for a motivated, organised and highly communicative Online & Retail Showroom Assistant to join our team in Knutsford.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing knowledgeable product advice to customers in-store and over the phone
• Processing sales, payments and customer enquiries
• Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
• Receiving, checking and restocking deliveries
• Maintaining high standards across our premium retail environment
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years’ equestrian experience – essential
• Minimum 2 years’ fast-paced retail experience – essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Basic IT/database skills
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of a full-time schedule
