The Tech Stirrups Venice Plus Evo Stirrups in Black are designed for riders who want a combination of cushioning, secure footing and added safety, particularly when jumping or competing cross-country.
Four shock absorbers beneath the tread help soften the feel underfoot and follow the movement of the foot, while the patented safety mechanism is designed to release the outer arm if enough pressure is applied in a fall.
The shock absorbers are made from a resilient compound designed to perform across temperatures from -20°C to 80°C, helping maintain their properties through a wide range of riding conditions. By allowing the tread to move with the foot, they can also help reduce fatigue over longer sessions.
The spring-loaded safety arm remains closed during normal use and opens when the required pressure is reached, helping reduce the risk of the foot becoming trapped. Once activated, it returns to its original position ready for your next ride.
Underfoot, the patented tread uses high peaks to provide dependable grip in both wet and dry conditions. A 5° slope encourages a heels-down position, while the raised outer support helps keep the foot centred and limits sideways movement.
The Venice Plus Evo is made from billet aluminium in Italy, with stainless steel screws and an anodised finish for lasting durability.
The upper leather slot is designed to allow the stirrup to hang correctly, so there’s no need for specialist stirrup leathers.
